Notes

Sourcing nuts and seeds from a trusted brand is important to avoid harmful pesticides. I like buying mine from wildly organic. They use sustainable farming practices and are certified organic. It is also crucial to soak and sprout nuts and seeds before consuming which wildly organic does for you. Meaning, the anti-nutrients is broken down while beneficial enzymes and nutrients is made more bioavailable (easier for the body to digest and absorb nutrients).
Additionally, it is always important when eating plant foods to eat regionally and seasonally. What nuts naturally grow in your climate? When are they in season? Eat them then and only then to avoid an overload of oxalates and plant toxins.
